Setting up your email hosting

  1. Log in to your Alfie Web Solutions control panel.
  2. Create a mailbox under your domain and set a password.
  3. Add the MX, SPF, and DKIM records we provide to your domain's DNS.
  4. Configure your mail client with the IMAP/SMTP settings from the control panel.

DNS changes can take up to 24-48 hours to propagate. If mail isn't arriving after that, submit a ticket under "Email Hosting" and include your domain name.
