Renewing and transferring a domain

Domains bought through Alfie Web Solutions renew automatically using the card on file, unless auto-renew is turned off in the control panel.

To transfer a domain in from another registrar, unlock it and get the transfer/EPP code from your current registrar, then start the transfer from our control panel. Transfers typically take 5-7 days.

For billing questions or failed renewal payments, submit a ticket under "Billing & Domains".
